DESI UTPAD
Desi Utpad by Jaya prepares organic and pure Badri ghee. Our ghee is prepared out of the curd through the manual/bilona method. Ghee is transported from the farms of Himachal Pradesh/Uttarakhand in 50 kg containers, which are of edible quality plastic, similar to that of milk carriers. Once we receive the product, we transfer the same to 1 kg/1/2 kg bottles. Please note that our ghee is fully cooked ghee, i.e. if you heat the ghee at a high temperature, the final yield will be around 925 to 974 gms, unlike the half-cooked ghee where the final yield is between 625 grams to 700 gms. However, in the process, there will be some black particles, which we try to filter with the best possible means.
