Shipping Policy

Lucknow Farmers Market is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship on a daily basis, except on Public holidays. All orders placed on the day prior to non-working days, including weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the following business day. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

The minimum time taken to deliver your order is 1 day and the maximum time is 10 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

At  Lucknow Farmers Market, it is our constant endeavor to ensure that we always provide our customers with the best in terms of quality.
However, if for some reason, you wish to return a product purchased from our online marketplace, LFM will accept returns under the following conditions:
•    The food product has exceeded the Best Before date when received by you.
•     A wrong size/colour / product has been delivered to you.
•    The parcel was received in a damaged condition.
•    The food product had some major issues like microbial growth or storage pests in the grocery products
For all products ordered via our online store that meets any of the above criteria, you have to contact us within 5 days from receipt of the goods. A full refund will be provided once the product has been returned to us. However, you MUST call us on our customer care number and one of our friendly team members will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us for you to be able to receive your refund.
NB: Please note that in this case, the customer must provide photographic evidence via email of the faulty item to help us conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.
Failure to call Lucknow Farmers Market prior to returning the goods via mail will not entitle you to any form of refund.

Cancellation Policy

The order can be cancelled up to 6 hours, beyond that we cannot offer any refunds as our partners begins preparation.
Any order being cancelled  prior to 24 hours of order delivery will have a 10% charge on the refund to compensate for transactional charges that we incur.In case of any government lock down or if any of our partners contracts COVID-19, we would have to shut the specific stall,/shop and all operations. In case your orders coincide with our closure, we promise to issue reimbursement codes that can be availed later upon re-opening.
As a small-business we will not be in a position to refund. We hope you understand the pressures of such a scenario. Please stay safe.
