MRITTIKA’s red chili powder is prepared from ‘Guntur’ variety of chilly.Guntur is the most famous type among the chillies and has a huge demand throughout the world. It grows widely in the Guntur, Prakasam, Warangal, and Khammam districts of Andhra Pradeshand is known for its deep red color& for being moderately spicy. Organically cultivated Guntur Chillies are sundried, crushed, and grounded as per traditional methods. Women from rural parts of Andhra Pradesh ground dried chilies manually in a stone grinder. This process avoids any heat generation and hence, all the nutrient contents are intact.
