Fit First: The Real Secret to Staying Youthful

The world today is undeniably captivated-if not consumed-by the pursuit of beauty, youth, and
slimness.
These ideals drive a multi-billion-dollar industry, overflowing with promises, potions, and "secret
formulas."
Celebrities and influencers generously share their routines, rituals, and regimens, which are
devoured with eager eyes by people across the globe.
And yet, here's the simple truth:
There is no secret.
I don't have a miracle recipe to share. I've never followed trends or chased fads. Still, people often
tell me I look far younger than my age-sometimes half of it, which I find a bit exaggerated, though I
do acknowledge I've aged gracefully.
So what did I do?
Just one thing: I stayed consistent.
Since childhood, I've made movement a part of my life. I was an avid sportsperson-running, cycling,
playing every game I could.
My grandfather introduced me to yoga when I was young. I remember
twisting into the most difficult asanas with ease, though a regular yoga practice came much later in
life. Still, the foundation was laid early.
What I've learned through the years is this: Beauty fades, youth passes, and even the slimmest
figure can't guarantee joy. But fitness-true, radiant fitness-stays with you. It lifts your spirit, supports
your body, and sharpens your mind. It makes you feel alive, present, and at peace in your own skin.
