  • The Base is made of fermented samak rice (it's a millet) and urad dal. Had soaked it the previous night with some fenugreek seeds. Ground it in the the morning and left it to ferment. 

  • Made a cashew herb cheese. Ground a handful of soaked cashews with 4 cloves of garlic, some mint leaves (or any other herb of your liking), salt and 2 green chillies. Let it sit for a few hours in the heat to ferment. 

  • For the tomato sauce - steamed 6 tomatoes. Peeled their skin. Roasted 1/3rd of red bell pepper. Put them in the blender with red chilly flakes, salt and 4 cloves of garlic. 

  • Sliced vegetables of my choice. I used the coloured peppers, mushrooms, onion and tomato.

  • Made a round pizza base in a pan. Cooked it enough to layer it with cheese, tomato sauce and sliced vegetables. Sprinkled seasoning after the first later of cheese, then added some tomato sauce and then added the vegetables. Added a layer of cheese at the top of the vegetables. Put it in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
