Alsi/Flaxseeds(Linseed) is one of the oldest plants known to be cultivated around 6000 years ago in ancient Egypt and Turkey, today it is cultivated across the globe they are the best source of plant based Omega 3 fats.  It is a nutrient rich seed that is high in fibre and protein that can be used as a versatile ingredient.  Our alsi comes from a natural food forest in Kalaghat, Madhya Pradesh from pioneers of natural farming in India.
