 Sun-dried desi tomatoes can be used on pizzas, pasta,
sandwiches,etc.
 They can be blended with a variety of ingredients to make dressings
and sauces.
 Rehydrate the sun-dried tomatoes before using them. Cover them
with boiling water and let soak for 30 min, then drain.
 Prewashed and dried hygienically in a solar dryer.
