Our Morel Mushrooms are sourced from the Himalayas (Kullu Valley). Handpicked by our farmers, it is then sun dried with lots of care. Being a special ingredient, it is extremely hard to find Morel Mushrooms, also known as Gucci in the local markets of Himachal and is only collected and sourced on special demand. Morel mushrooms are known for their high nutrition and gastronomical value. Not surprisingly, they have the highest amount of vitamin D among all the edible mushrooms. These mushrooms are popular for their spongy, honeycomb texture and unique flavour.
