Stingless bee honey has a lot of added nutrients than normal honey, because meliponine is smaller than the normal bee and can suck nectar from flowers to the deepest space. As a result, the honey collected contains many vitamins and minerals, among which is propolis, produced from the bee’s saliva mixed with its food such as pollen, bark, tree shoots and flowers. Raw honey has a tendency to crystalise due to naturally found wax and bee pollens. It is a quite natural phenomenon. If you find crystalisation on the bottom of the honey jar, keep it in sun or keep the jar in hot water for 10-15 minutes, then it will be in normal state
