Preparation – There is no added sugar in this pulp, it's 100% organic which is best suited for customers looking for unsweetened Alphonso mango pulp. Only GI tagged organic alphonso mangoes from the orchards of Ratnagiri region of Konkan Maharashtra are handpicked, naturally ripened, washed then used for canning. Pulp is extracted using a Pulp extractor and boiled at 90-95 degrees to make it safe for consumption and to improve its keeping quality.
Consistency - During the process pulp is stirred continuously to gain uniform thick consistency. Then the pulp is filled in sterile food grade tin containers. The production is done in small batches to ensure same texture, thickness, quality & taste.
