Ingredients : Steam Distilled Cedarwood essential Oil
How to use :
Add a few drops of essential oil to your diffuser to disperse the aroma in the air.
Mix few drops with your favourite carrier oil for hair and body massage.
Mix 4 to 6 drops of essential oil with your favourite carrier oil. Add the oil mix to the water and stir it. Step in and relax for 20-30 minutes.
Use 1-3 drops in hot water for a steam inhalation.
Shelf Life : 2 years
Store in cool dry place away from sunlight.
NOTE : Women who are pregnant should not use cedarwood essential oil. Talk to your doctor before using this oil if you are nursing, if you have a medical condition or are currently taking medication. If used in high concentrations, cedarwood essential oil can cause skin irritation. Always dilute cedarwood oil with a carrier oil like coconut oil, olive oil etc before using it on the skin and avoid the eyes, mucous membranes and sensitive areas.
