Spit Free India Oath Taking & Awareness

Lucknow Farmers Market and Simran Seva Sansthan are delighted to host the team from Sare Jahan Se Achha Foundation, Pune focused on a Spit Free India to prevent the spread of diseases and for health and hygiene.

Schools and organisations like Inner Wheel Club, Swapna Foundation, Aldaa Foundation, Whoishussain.org,  Modern Indian School, Dashmesh Public English Medium School

Sare Jahan Se Acha Foundation, Pune have been campaigning regarding the dangers of spitting in public spaces which results in TB, Swine Flu and now Covid since 2010. In Aug 2021, Raja, Priti and their Labrador started travelling all India in our personal Renault Duster car to spread the message about the dangers of spitting in public spaces. The vehicle has decal stickers pasted with messages in multiple languages.  

So far, they have covered 15 states and 2 UT (17000+ kms). They are on a month-long drive to North India to cover Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, HP, Uttarakhand, UP and MP.  

We look forward to conduct a 30 minute event comprising of Oath taking, short public address, Flag off of their vehicle with Media presence to help spread the message as they continue around the country on their mission.
