She has bagged maximum runs in the game, and is the only Indian captain (male or female) to have led the team at two 50-over World Cup finals.
She has been awarded the Padma Shri, Arjuna Award for Cricket and Major Dhyan Chand Khel Ratna Award for Cricket.
