-a novel Farm to Table Experience
Join us for lunch in an urban organic farm and savour a classic home cooked North Indian Epicurean Meal, served at an elegantly laid out dining table .
We take you on an Epicurean journey of traditional North Indian cuisine with recipes handed down from the great Chefs of the Maharajas , for whom cooking was an art.
All dishes freshly home cooked, prepared with organic and highest quality ingredients without any chemicals or flavour enhancers.
We start with a piquant Lobia and yogurt salad
Followed by Anda Kabab, a tour de force of eggs filled with spices, mushrooms, Cream and almonds.
Accompanied by a cooling fresh cucumber chutney
Now proceed to Murg Badam Sheer Jogurath, the subtle flavours of chicken slow cooked with cream, almonds, herbs and spices.
Paired with Alu Bhoone - potatoes, slow cooked not fried, covered in a crisp coating of a variety of spices.
Enjoy lightly spiced Dhuli Masur dal as an accompaniment.
Soak up the flavours with warm freshly made whole wheat Roghni Rotis
Finish off with an inspired dessert called Aamphulia made with mango puree, cream and saffron, layered with creamed rice, all baked together and chilled.
