On Sunday 5th May 2024 Join us for lunch in an urban organic farm and Savour our classic home cooked Japanese Meal, served course by course at an elegantly laid out dining table .
We take you on a freshly home cooked course by course sampling of a variety of Japanese dishes prepared with organic and highest quality ingredients and no chemicals or flavour enhancers.
We start with the light miso soup based on miso paste made from fermented soybeans imparting a rich umami flavour alongwith seaweed, tofu and spring onions.
Then enjoy a cool, crisp, cucumber salad.
