🌿 We take you on a Journey of a home cooked Lebanese meal, served course by course at an elegantly laid out dining table prepared with organic and highest quality ingredients without any chemicals or flavour enhancers.
We start with an authentic Fattoush salad with garden fresh tomatoes, lettuce, mint, cucumber, crisp toasted Pita chips in a tangy dressing.
Then dive into a Turkish Grandmother's kitchen to enjoy savoury Dolmas - peppers and tomatoes stuffed with ground meat , rice and herbs cooked in a flavoursome tomato sauce
For Vegetarian enjoy mushroom Dolmas
Relish Tzatziki, the cool fresh flavours of cucumber, yoghourt, garlic and mint.
Dip freshly home made Pita bread into a creamy Hummus of tahini, lemon, garlic
Savour a succulent Lebanese chicken - tender chicken with sumac, seven spices and herbs, marinated overnight and slow cooked to perfection.
Spinach and Cheese Fatayer , crisp small pies filled with spinach and cheese.
Enjoy all these with fresh homemade Pita bread.
Finish off with a favourite Middle Eastern dessert of Bulgur cooked with dry fruits, fresh fruits, honey and nuts.
