Steps

  • Grind the oats to a powder.

  • Mix dry and wet ingredients separately

  • Combine & Pour into oiled baking tin and bake at 180 degrees celcius for 30 minutes .

oil - 1 teaspoon 

milk- 2 tablespoon

oats- 8 tablespoon 

baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon

baking soda- 1/4 teaspoon 

cocoa powder-  2 tablespoon
