This multi-purpose Gluten-Free Atta (Flour) is suitable for consumption by those who have Celiac disease or have Gluten intolerance. It is made from Nutritious Ingredients that are Naturally free from Gluten - Brown Rice, Jowar, Quinoa, Foxtail Millet, Tapioca and Psyllium Husk. It is processed in a facility that is Gluten-free, Dairy-free and Soya-free. Each batch is tested in a laboratory to confirm that the Gluten presence is less than 20 ppm (Making it suitable for People with Gluten allergy / intolerance). 
It can be used just like a Normal Atta, for Making chapatis, Parathas and poories, and can also be used for Gluten-free baking.
